In my role as service designer, I:
Support the research, design and development phases of new and existing projects across our thematic focus areas (Adult Social Care, Net Zero, Housing, and Digital Inclusion)
Co-designed LOTI’s Adult Social Care Sandbox, a first-of-its-kind experiment to bring together stakeholders to experience the challenges in health and social care together, and design solutions to address pain points
Designed a research, design and implementation plan for a London-wide energy advice service for the GLA

The Caregiving Lab, Noora Health
The Caregiving Lab was the innovation team at Noora Health, set up to prototype ideas, test assumptions and become thought leaders around caregiving. My work in this role included:
Leading and working on human-centred design projects that strengthen our existing work and identify new areas of intervention
Supporting our expansion into new condition areas and geographies
Designing and executing research activities such as journey mapping, cultural probes, prototyping, photo-ethnography, to name a few
Contributing to the vision for The Caregiving Lab as well as strategy, structures and processes to support it

Generation: You Employed
I started off at Generation as a curriculum designer and was quickly promoted to design manager where I worked on designing and managing our global programs end-to-end. My role involved:
Design and implementation of the program design lifecycle, including planning, research, design management, launch support, and program revision for South Asia, Middle East and Africa
Developing high-impact and immersive learning material for online and in-person settings
Upskilling self and team on new tools, tech, and methodologies

Varthana is a Non-Banking Finance Company that provides financial and advisory support to low-income schools across the country. My work included:
Designing and implementing year-long and multi-week programs to develop need-based skills for 80 teachers across 13 schools
Co-creating and implementing tools for online learning, school-wide projects and other microlearning support
Building vision-aligned communities of practice among school teams, service providers, and stakeholders in the community
